Welcome Reception (28 October)
The welcome reception will held at the conference venue - the Sage Gateshead, courtesy of the Mayor of Gateshead who will be present to welcome the conference delegates.

The cost of the welcome reception is included in the conference registration fee. Additional tickets will be available for purchase at the time of registration for an additional cost.

NewcastleGateshead Tour (29 October)
On the evening of the 29 October there will be an organised walking or coach tour (weather dependent) of NewcastleGateshead. The tour will leave from outside the conference venue and a professional guide will introduce the main sites of Newcastle Gateshead. Following the tour, delegates will have plenty of time to dine out in Newcastle.

Conference Dinner (30 October)
The conference dinner will be held at the Discovery Museum, Newcastle. The Discovery Museum is one of the largest and most popular visitor attractions in North East England. Interactive galleries celebrate the history, diversity and achievements of Tyneside.
