Guidelines For Poster Presenters

Poster Presenter Guidelines
1. Posters should be standard UK A0 dimensions (1189mm tall by 841mm wide, 3.9 ft tall by 2.8 ft wide).
2. All presenters should bring their poster with them as no printing facilities will be available on-site. The conference will not accept mailed posters.
3. Posters must be put up no later than 8:30 AM on the day scheduled. Posters must be taken down between 5:00-6:00 PM.
4. No tacks will be provided. Please ensure you bring supplies to hang your poster.
5. Your poster will be assigned a poster number. Ensure you hang your poster in the allocated space indicated by your poster number.

Additional Tips for Posters
1. Text and lettering should be large enough to be viewed from 1.2 metres (4 ft) away.
2. Do not use heavy board since the pushpins may not be sufficient to hold your poster.
