Guidelines For Oral Presenters

Concurrent Session Overview
Each concurrent session has 3 or 4 abstracts being presented. Sessions will run for 1 hour for 3 abstracts and 1.5 hours for 4 abstracts. A moderator will oversee the general running of the session. Time limits for each speaker will be strictly enforced to ensure that all speakers get their allotted time.

Format:
Typically a session will consist of:
1. The moderator will briefly introduce the session
2. The moderator will introduce each abstract and speaker
3. Each speaker will have 20 minutes to present their abstract. The moderator will enforce your time limit.
4. 10 minutes for general discussion will be reserved at the end of the session. This will be guided by the moderator.
5. The moderator will close the session.

Oral Presenter Guidelines
1. Presentations should be no longer than 20 minutes; the limit will be strictly enforced in order to accommodate all scheduled presentations.
2. All presentations should be presented electronically (i.e. powerpoint presentations). All required equipment (computer, projector, pointer) will be provided to support powerpoint presentations. No other format...
