Priorities Support Unit, part of Public Health Resource Unit

The Priorities Support Unit advises South Central and other PCTs on prioritisation of health care interventions. Our expertise lies in designing policies and processes to support quality decision making for Operational Plans and individual case funding, developing ethical frameworks, appraising clinical and cost effectiveness, service implications, policy implementation and audit.
